Only criticism is that logs were *slightly* too wide for my small burner. It's OK as I can put them in sideways, but would def be easier to use them horizontally

Called Winston on Christmas Eve looking for 3 boxes of kindling for some fire pits I’d bought family for Christmas. Got a call back straight away and after a funny chat he said not only do I have 3 boxes of kindling, I’m going to drop them to your door in the next hour, and he did! Winston was so so helpful. Thoroughly informative on what to buy for our needs so we knew exactly what to get. Really good quality wood doesn't burn too fast or too slow. Normally doesn't allow collection but I didn't know so for this one occasion he let me take the logs in my car. Was really nice to my son who learnt so much too!!!! Will defo use him again and recommend him to everyone!

What a superb service, genuinely premium. Called and top quality logs arrived just an hour or so later. Not just left but Winston insisted on taking them to where we needed. So friendly and helpful, even changed his schedule to deliver them right away. We couldn't be more impressed 👏

Winston was great, trundled the logs through my house to the store at the back - no dumping them on the front (unless you want that!) Texts to advise when the bag was to be collected then collected when said. Plus, Winston is a personable bloke, easy to talk to and gives clear information. All in all, a painless experience. Highly recommend.
